The Royals did not play well at all in that series. Their bats were looking tired and their pitching isn't shut down by any stretch.

You let us squeak out a win in the 9th and I thank you Bear. We were staring down our first 4 game losing streak as well as being swept for the first time this year. The W at home was pretty darn important to the team moral. Thanks!
The Royals travel to Cleveland to play a three game series against the Guardians today. They need to win these games with the Guardians having a three game lead in the ALC. You can't expect other teams to fight your battles. I'd love to sweep them but I'll be elated if we can win the series because I suspect we will lose the series and will likely be swept.

Naturally the Royals blew a two run lead late in the game against the Guardians to lose.
It was the Braves in Boston, Braves won because Boston made 2 errors right away. They've lost another player for a little bit so things won't get better just yet. But go Braves! I have no problem with that.
A few years back, I think it was a Twins game I started to watch, and the rookie pitcher throwing in his first MLB game gave up 7 runs in the 1st inning before he got pulled. He's probably still having nightmares about his first start.
I definitely hope that you win tomorrow Bear! The Royals haven't played good ball in over a week.
The Royals played a fun game to watch tonight against the Mariners. They were down 7 runs and eventually won the game in the bottom of the 9th 10-9.
I missed seeing the game but the Royals won again this afternoon. They put up 8 runs with 9 hits.
At best the Red Sox will split the series with the White Sox. I'm not hopeful.
But but but... The White Sox have taken the Royals position of having the worst record in baseball this year. Keep your chin up!
