Baseball 2025

I failed to congratulations to you @Steven58 for sweeping my Royals. However, in the scheme of things, sweeping the Royals is not a big deal.
The Royals are now visiting Detroit and are well on there way for another embarrassing series. Sometimes, being a fan doesn't come easy.

Sorry, m'bro. I got to see the Yankees in Pittsburgh the weekend before last. Pittsburgh has a nice stadium.

The best part about watching my Royals on TV is there is usually five to seven other games on to water down the miserable experience. I wasn't expecting a great team this year but they kept the nucleus of producing players from last year and acquired some new players. I expected as good and perhaps better team than last year from the roster changes. It just isn't happening. I don't see the chemistry of a winning team and they seem to be okay with losing.

With a 2 zip lead on the Rockies, the Royals walk three in the top of the 9th and then give up a three run hit down the line. By some stroke of luck they tied it up in the bottom of the 9th and now extra innings. I'm so sick of this teams sorry baseball. They deserve to lose and probably will.

Royals won in the bottom of the 11th. With one player starting out on second, they walked Bobby Witt Jr. and Vennie Pasquantino to get to Freddie Ferman who had the game winning hit. Just as all that was going down, a major rain was falling and I didn't get to see the winning RBI because the rain flooded out my dish. Just my luck :)
