Root [Boost Mobile] [Kernel] Glitch Kernel (2.6.35.7) OC. 1.8ghz

Still running 1.8GHz version with WCS. No issues, my phone is now a POWER HOUSE! In regard to the issue of processors sticking at max. Ive had that prob with all kernel versions until i did a clean installation (format SD card). After that it was fine.

Brand new test build in post 3.
Much much faster
Edit
Wifi not working. Be aware

I'm overclocked at 1.8 ghz and using voltage control as my overclocking app and all is well in the world. Set to noop scheduler and smartass v2 and battery is running well moderate use gets about 5 -7 hrs light use 12 to 15 hrs. Very smooth when starting apps, especially larger apps that normally took a lot to load they seem to have cut loading time by fractions of a second. Wifi is good. 3g is running nicely. Rom is noob rom VI and its awesome. No issues. I've been running it for about 2 weeks.

I flashed the test build and I can say smooth is an understatement, but the ghostly kernel image scared the life out of me lol almost snatched the battery out,but the wifi is really the only issue nice job once again

Mwahahaha, it has no boot image lol. My test kernels don't have that now lol. Wifi issue fixed. Will repost link, new test builds up tonight
Don't be scared, that's what a lack of image look like. And you can trust my builds, check my github for commits and the latest updates;)

New test build at the bottom of post 3
Added Zram, needs script to work, so if you find one, credits to you.
Ext4 performance tweaks credits to imoseyon, more of a proper fix to code. But every little bit make it faster and more stable

So far it runs, laggy at times for me. Can't get profiles on setcpu to work. For example I have a profile set up to run 1804 MHz on performance while charging, it switches when charger is attached then switches right back to the default settings of 1401 MHz with smartassv2. Not sure what's up with that.

Edit: Lag seems work itself out pretty quickly.

Damn I sent a pm to dtm on how to get zram working but then realized I sent it to krazyjedi somehow.......
Anyway just sent the pm to dtm and maybe he can figure this zram script out.

Try clearing data on the app and see if that helps

I flashed the new kernel, everything working perfect, wifi, calls, gps, camera, email, internet, etc, ..., very very fast.

Could I make a suggestion? Can this thread be made a sticky?

Just an FYI, each forum is only supposed to have 5 "Stickied" threads. There's talk about which thread to cut from the sticky section right now as it is. :)

But it's for sure in the ATR section!

BTW...DTM, This is one killer Kernel. Coupled with n00b and I think my phone has wings better then Red Bull!

I'm testing out the 1.8GHz version; so far so good. WiFi, top speed stability, no freezing or locking up... nice job, man, nice job! :-D

Just flashed 1.4 to my warp and cant get wifi working, not sure if i did something wrong or not i did wipe dalvik and cache prior to flashing. using ICON rom 2.0 if that matters.

Check your build.prop for "video.accelerate.hw"...if it's there either comment out the line or delete it altogether, save and reboot.
