Just figured out the issue with the battery icons... I'll be posting previews to see what you guys think later when I solve this issue

I got the last 50 frames of the boot animation done. In these the drop shadow for the word "ALLIANCE" scrolls down onto the screen and the foreground text along with "LONG LIVE THE" fades in. Next, I'll back up a step and make the hands move, with both outer hands coming in towards the center, then the center hand rising up behind them. After that, I have to sync an audio track to it, and voila!

Should I scroll the ROM's credits across the screen after the animation plays?

Maybe if the credits looked like tattoos on the appropriate arms?

Yes though it sounds tedious to produce.

Battery icons fixed, had to make a script in Photoshop to edit all the images and fix all the images for me. Preview will probably come later tonight

Here is the beginning of the revamp, changes are really subtle since I was pretty close to jelly bean already. These aren't all the changes however. See if you can spot the differences

You know, I was thinking of something like that as well Not sure if I can get it to look right, but I like the thought. If not, I might fall back to scrolling text, not unlike an old-school trainer or democode program :-D

I'm thinking of using the splash screen as a logos page. This is where we put the icons of the major technologies we're using , e.g. Alien Kernel, PowerNap, etc. Maybe even have something like "(our names) present..." what do you guys think?

There's more stuff, like the signal meters are now jb styled instead of ics when there is no signal. Couldn't take a screenshot since I have just enough signal right now

What do you guys think about disabling the stock lock screen and using Holocaust locker to get more of an ics/jb feel. I'm about 90% sure I can make it work.

Don't think it's such a good idea, I use the pattern lock for sake of my phone's security, unless the sliders alone could be disabled....

I think the pattern lock may be dependant, but I'm not sure. Ill see what I can do

It's ok, I think they will choose B08 as a base anyway.
