Not really the reinstall that gets to me its the having to redownload everything.... right now I have Lubuntu as a place holder of sorts dual booting on my laptop, but I really want Mint (its faster than other distros imo and it has a better desktop oriented feel--I was able to find my way around faster than I could on Ubuntu). Dm has a kernel for linux that speeds up build times too, so I need to redownload that after I get Mint. I need to get some of the preinstalled packages out of there though, because I uninstalled Libreoffice (comes with Mint) and that alone freed up nearly 272 MB. Hence why I kinda need another hard drive for my desktop, so I can dedicate the entire thing to Mint and I don't have to worry about space and I can learn bigger and better things :D

After I redownload mint and try to remove some of the packages, install the Java jdk, and Android kitchen for Linux, I'll be back in action unless something decides to get in the way again -___-

Brother, you need a copy of Acronis Recovery! Get your PC set up the way you want it, then make an image. That way in the future, you just reinstall the image, and your computer is back the way you want it... OS, applications, data... everything! It's a huge time saver.

I'd rather move stuff manually because then I'm forced to reorganize everything and I find junk I don't need :) I can see its use in emergencies though

I just finished planning out my computer that I'm gonna try and build... if I can find a job over the summer, full time, $8 an hour, I can have the money in 2 months :) anyone wanna see the highly organized presentation I made? I've been working on it for 4 hours :P

Sure!! Let's see it:cool:

It's in PDF format for those who wanna see it. Basically I just stated my goals, prices, price range, and listed some features so if I find something better I can go through the presentation and check compatibility and features without mucking around online :)

It's gonna be expensive but at least I'll be able to upgrade it in the future, so the computer will last a long time :D

Thanks for that jaffaffxi :D I found these parts and everythings compatible and cheaper too :D Intel Core i5-4670K, MSI GeForce GTX 760, Rosewill BLACKHAWK-ULTRA - System Build - PCPartPicker

Just under $1300, awesome :D I might be able to have it finished by August if I can get the money over the summer :)

Can't wait to graduate so I can get my summer job back and build this PC :D

I would recommend going with a different power supply, for something that vital I wouldn't trust Rosewill. Antec, Thermaltake, Cooler Master or EVGA would be far more reliable options imo.

I added a PayPal donate link to my signature and OP, so if anybody is feeling generous then you can donate via that link and help a high school student out :D

I finally got everything from my cloud back on my laptop, so I should be able to start building this rom again. I'm only going to update all apps, remove tethering from Settings, and add a WiFi tether app into the rom and then upload for testing. Depending on what happens to the zip I may or may not release the test build. I still need to get Linux or Cygwin set up to properly build unless I do something finicky to get whats needed in the ROM zip.

I was FINALLY able to get Virtuous Ten Studio up and running after 3 hours of downloading, setting up, installing, uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing, and re-setting up things on my laptop to finally be able to decompile the stupid Settings.apk. BLAH. The things I have to do to remove one or two lines of code -___-

Anyways, hopefully I can get this updated and released soon, linux was being annoying with me so I had to use Cygwin again... might have something in the next few days or even next few hours if my computer wants to actually work with me >.>

Figured is ask here is there a way or app that will make your Bluetooth headset sound better to the other person she says I sound far away lol

Not as far as I know. I know for a fact that you can control how they sound to you, but you can't control how you sound to them. The other person has to make changes on their end or you may just need to try a different headset. In fact, you should try borrowing a headset to test it. If you don't sound far away with the borrowed headset then the one you have needs adjustment or needs to be replaced. If you get the same results there might be something that can be done on the rom's end.

Speaking of roms, HB9 Final is uploading :)

bad ass pc man

137mb wow

Thanks! I changed my initial idea completely, and its actually gonna be way better and it'll cost less than my initial setup :) I found four things that I can bundle together and get a discount on from Newegg.com :D

I don't know why the rom zip grew in size so much, but it doesn't matter much because at least everything finally freaking works. I might have small updates in the future (I'm reworking the BeanBag.apk a little bit, Jetx2x is teaching me to use Android Studio) so this rom won't ever be totally finalized. Now all thats left is some minor tweaking :D

I feel bad I'm all spoiled with j.b now ..when this was my goto ROM since it was by blvckhalo I loved what you did with it skinny ,literally was the only ROM I flashed in the past year or so. I loved dizzles ROM also and ctmod before ha. I remember when I first bought this phone 4 warps ago And the warp cream sandwich was just released with oc and shinjitsu. CMe very far from an overheating pos lol

I see the title changed can't wait for skinnyhalo new release :-) hope its got more battery improvements :-) I also wanted to ask on jb you can install xposed framework and get Android tuner and change the battery capacity cause it was reading mine as a stock battery for the warp when I have a 2000 mah battery and it still feels like the stock battery no matter how I calibrate it
