Root [Boost Mobile] [ROM] n00b (B10 based) VIII.II FULL Install 1/23/2013

Did voice dialer force close upon reboot for anyone else after flashing the newest n00b update?

Edit: fixed the issue and had incorporated it into my latest update.

Just flashed update VIII.I and my CyanoGus theme is gone. But other than that it runs great.

Try to reflash the theme. If you experience a lot of force closes, than I would ask him to update the theme to be compatible with the latest version of the rom.

I've gotta say this rom is really awesome, i decided to put it on and my phone is really kicking ass especially with my new battery :) Everything is fast no slowdowns.

Just flashed and I really like the keyboard. I've been wanting a swype keyboard back since our xt9 days. Trying to get use to the ADW launcher and finding how to customize it to my liking. Always fun learning something new...

BTW, I don't really remember, but why did you take out DSP Manager in Noob VII?

I am using Nemus Launcher, preferred it over Holo, Xperia, GoLauncherEx, ADW, ADWex and others, it is very fast and error free on n00b VIII.

Whenever I try to view a video I get half the screen being distorted and the other half normal youtube works fine it only If I view through a browser

If TWRP is your preferred recovery it is as simple as downloading from the link below and installing the zip. As MrBobo stated he prefers CWM and has included it in this update. As it is his ROM to develop, I see nothing at all wrong with that. We all have different preferences, and one of the great things about nOOb ROM is that it works great with almost any mod out for this device. I congratulate MrBobo on creating such a user friendly and customizable ROM!!

TWRP for ZTE Warp

why do you switch back to CWM? I hated pressing buttons!

I personally love CWM because of the buttons. They saved my butt when my touch screen became non-responsive and I had to replace my Warp. It allowed me to make a final backup (and flash some wacky things to hide my customizations, e.g. Boot animation).

Went to cwm because of the onandroid backup app and because it's just easier for me to work with for modding.

The charging numbers thing was just because I was annoyed not seeing what the battery level was at while it was charging.

I removed the Dspmanager a few releases ago because I had only added it because the volume was low, but dtm corrected that in the kernel so I felt it was no longer needed.
