Well, I honestly did also. However, some users report noticing a difference when these functions are removed, so here it is
The main thing that makes me glad I took them out is that the wording of the name of one of the functions appears to indicate it could have been posing us a security risk, and that's something I don't appreciate in software I'm running every day.
And, at the very least, even if it does nothing to aid in not getting throttled by your provider, it's one less process running in the background - and we all can enjoy that!
