Root [Boost Mobile] [ Team Osiris ][ Linaro ] CyanogenMOD 10 Beta 2.0 Camera WORKING ( Jellybean 4.1.2 ) for ZTE WARP

haha....the whole reason why i flashed over to this jellybean (which i actually really do like btw, great development going on everything is alot clewaner then i expected.) was to see if the app store would let me download vine. went to 4.1.2 from 2.3.5 and it lets me download it. next update i cant wait for is the camera! :D
 
I'm really hoping that this is being worked on behind the scene with just nothing new to report. CM 10 on our Warp would kick a**! But the longer no one updates us, the more likely I'm starting to think this has gone the way of SugarKang! I'm REALLY hoping I'm wrong but time will tell. I remember a post a few pages back that only 1 guy (maybe 2) were working on this. There was steady progress going on until the 25th. Then nothing.... lets hope for an extended, well deserved vacation!
 
Are we supposed to report problems with this ROM here? If we are pics don't show up via twitter and vine videos do not play :p

it hangs alot more then i need to do battery pulls. regardless i feel like this jellybean boots way faster then the original 2.3.5 for the warp.

is this the most stable rom for the warp out right now thats android version 4.0 and higher?

EDIT: also have found that the google search crashes constantly. i have to go to google via browser in order to search.

Yes, it's the only one we have, minus sugarkang. :)

Download updated gapps for the search function to stop force closing. :D

hmm i downloaded the gapps last night, thats how i got the play store back on my phone, maybe i downloaded the wrong one?

and would you recommend sugarkang?

thank you for all your work! i honestly like the rom (i didnt think i would honestly.) the only thing that bothers me is the hanging, but since i know that the rom is still being worked on i wont give up on it :) great work!

Oh, yes, development is still ongoing. DM has said he will continue developing this as long as there are alive Warps out there.

We don't ask for ETA's here, its like an unwritten rule :confused: and besides, I'm certain it will get fixed when the developer sees fit. Besides they're giving this to us for free, so we should just be grateful :)
 
Warp was stolen, not sure if i'll buy another 1 or a different phone, good luck to you guys... great work thus far
 
Hello, I was able to root my phone and install the CyanogenMod Rom easily enough this morning, thanks!

When it was first installed, it locked up several times requiring me to take out the battery. That issue seems to have gone away. As others have mentioned, I'm having troubles getting the wifi to work. So far it has worked once after a reboot. Then another reboot later it stopped working. Also, is GPS working on this ROM? I've been unable to get GPS working.

When an update to the Rom is available, how do I update it? I'm guessing that is what is under Settings -> About -> CyanogenMod updates is?
