start with doing a rom. and tweaking it out. learning how linux and android work.

really want to learn alot. try doing the linux from scratch project.

Halo Jelly ROM 3.0 / Alien 4 test 3 / No Tweaks that i know of.

HJR3 has Adreno 205 GPU tweaks already in the rom, I put them in and they've been there ever since HJR1.99. And the image isn't showing PandaKom... :o

Nobe of these benchmarks are consistant. But 2700 is still good. Ill make some more changes and undo some others

Well... I don't know about anyone else, I just flashed the new kernel. My 3g is definitely better. Last night my power went out, so no wifi. I had excellent service! Keep on tweaking brother! I'll let ya know how the rest works out. So far so good. I'll benchmark later.
 
Tried it out, pressed start after set-up, froze, rebooted and then it let me into the UI. WiFi did not work for me at all, even after 20 reboots. I would like to be a tester for later versions though to help you out with your rom. Thanks for the hard work!
 
CM10 is still pretty cool nonetheless :) and thats normal for now. Dm posts milestones for us to try out when they're ready though, so its like a public testing thing I think :D
 
I don't know if its DM's kernel or boost that is bumping up 3g speeds. Cuz I am on the stock Glitch kernel for n00b. And I hit 2.04 megs down and .37 megs up. And I use to be lucky to even get .75 megs down before. So I don't know what's going on.

Either way.. i made the signal more stable because i updated the radio drivers

I've been doing a lot of dirty flashes lately so I just restored a nandroid from 7/15 with the Alien Kernel 3 and then flashed the latest test. Waiting on a boot and I will see if that fixes the videos.

Still won't accelerate. Gonna go back to the nandroid from 7/15 and leave it on AK3 and make sure it's not me being insane... totally possible. But I think it really is in the kernel. We'll see.
 
Results:

Wipe everything, restore nandroid, flash latest test kernel: No HW acceleration on videos.
Wipe everything, restore same nandroid, don't flash kernel: HW acceleration.
