You should chose testers using different Roms like cyanoid for example. Since I run that rom, I'd be glad to test.

There is a mod of Alien kernel for b10 roms in this forum:Yeah, Alien was released when B08C was the latest firmware. Try replacing the fingerprint in build.prop with one from a B10 based ROM.
Edit: And then don't forget to delete the downloaded update from /cache.
