Not a rooting question but along the lines...:
What's the best way to ask the Cyanogen developers if they have any plans to try to get T-mobile T.V. to work on their ROM's?
I gotta admit I really miss it.
Okay. I bummed.
My phone quit working entirely again (can't make calls).
I didn't do anything since yesterday when it was working fine.
So I guess I'm going to go all the way back to the stable 10.0.
But now I have the Cerux kernel installed, which I guess won't work with the stable.
What do I do?

I fixed my calling in call sound issued. I was have problems on nightly 02/24 and the newer builds in march. I tried the cerux kernel with no joy. I saw someone else fix the sound issue and they were on cm 02/26.
I clean flashed 02/26 build with the cerux kernel. Wiped cashed. Davlik and fixed permission. No more phone issues.
btw .. the latest AOKP nightly is 4.2.2 also. You can grab it here and read about it here.
There are also 2 kernels for 4.2.2.
Cerux and All Star Devs
I haven't tried either yet.
So you don't know what, if any, advantages there are to using either of these kernels?
And, my phone is working awesome on cm10.1 (02/26 nightly), so I guess I don't really have a need to flash a different kernel.
But if I do try the Cerux again, and don't like it, how do I flash back to the current (stock) kernel?
Thank you.
is there a thread for gtalk video calling not working..i looked on both sites but i haven't seen anything...when it opens it freezes 2 seconds later..can someone lead he way please..thanx
I was playing with the Cerux kernel (stayed stable at 1.836 ghz for Antutu tests, though I know the numbers don't mean much) when this red warning appeared:

I assume it's an ad for something and I'm not curious enough to go to the website to see.
I just thought it's kind of silly.

I just realized its not a push ad. Antutu is not recognizing the Hercules properly. In the system info its listing our phone as the pedestrian version. 1.2ghz exynos and 4.3 " screen. Its asking to confirm the right version. Nothing to worry about.
Ok is it just me that is having some crazy problems with my phone - like no internet. When I call every person they tell me that I am like calling them from the bottom of the ocean and numerous crashes of the entire system.
Running the latest CM 10.1 nightly with their kernel!
I don't really understand how I am the only one that is having huge problem with custom roms.
I actually have huge problems with the stock one now. How the hell is my sd card all of a sudden problematic to be read? WTF is up with these phones that something like external storage can stop working in the middle of a phone call and display some errors while when I plug it into my computer- guess what no problems and absolutely no errors.
Just my frustration. I think I will be walking to T-Mobile today and asking them to take my phone and shove it.
