The sg3 is a beautiful phone. Just look at it? The camera looks fantastic. Its also going to run JELLYBEAN! The phone already has a CM9 so that's amazing. Project butter? Dang this phone is GOD lol the battery life is even good. The phones size is awesome. Idk what your talking about Martin :p

i can agree on u on tht i messed around with my cuzins but theres supposedly a bug in battery life nd lol idk wat im talking about either lol :p

The Galaxy Nexus (phone) and the S3 has been the only phones that I wish were actually on Metro :/

The Nexus is banned atm in the US thanks to Apples patent bs. ;)

Yes I am still working on CM9, its a must do now as I miss it since I had it on my DX. lol

Samsung n google are protesting it. It got overturned in the EU.

Still have the DX but activated the Esteem as my daily. ;)

hey bro i have a question how much of a difference will cm10 be from cm9 will it be harder than porting gingerbread to ics or will it be easier process

Much easier. Much much easier. JB is 4.1 compared to ICS 4.0. Going from Gingerbread is a whole rework - from the ground up.

are peeps really asking about jelly bean right now?? there is a grand total of two devices that have jelly bean right now...one of them hasnt even been released and the other is banned from being sold in the U.S. at the moment.

you do the math.

im sure the CM team hasnt even started on jelly bean.

and another fun fact for you is that only 19% of android devices even have an official ICS build yet...calm down with the jelly bean shit for real lol.

Well the ban has veen lifted temporarily so the court is now waiting for a response from apple to see why it should be ban(still pretrial)

On-topic: Hey pg, I have a question. Are the virtual buttons intended for tablets only?

Well I actually got to play with a nexus the other day. My friend has one (lucky SOB) and the nexus has the navigation buttons. I think they are for any device that doesn't have heat sensor buttons like we have. The devices that are "made for the Google experience" will all more than likely have the on screen navigation buttons

The virtual buttons are mainly for devices like the GNeux that doesnt have soft buttons.

I'm sure it will have its difficulties, but shouldnt be as bad as going from GB to ICS.

Device's that run JB go Galaxy Nexus, A500 (SDK port) {1st non nexus device to run it}, Jelly Bean for the Acer Iconia A500 – xda-developers, Nexus 7 (not released) So yeah lol! The 2 devices out don't even work fully. I read something about CM talking about JB not sure of the source. Either or, getting ICS going is the first step. :D Then we can be part of that whopping 19% lmao. :)

This right here says it all people.

Start a damn Jelly Bean post if your so concerned about it.

Seriously??? CM9 for the Esteem is not even in Alpha yet, and people are talking about JB???
And on THIS thread?

I'm with Fuzz... start a new thread about JB, and talk about it all you want to your hearts content - but please not here. Please?

Every time there's a new post on this thread, my heart skips a beat in hopes of an announcement from PG about it being ready - finally.

Maybe I'm out of line in saying that... and maybe I'm the only one that feels this way about it, but please guys... geez.

Have pity.

:(

Omg... Every time I see PlayfulGod post something on this thread, I get so excited... I want to feel the power of the CM9 on this phone :)
