But if that person just happened to make an Android Forums account and look at this thread, would that be ok? :p

yes only under those circumstances would it be ok.
However it is not ok for you to guide "that person" to the android forums for checking out my post. Subtle hints are ok though

I actually use to work on area 51, I have spoken to aliens before and I speak 8 different alien languages.

Now that I have told you that I will have to.................... ask you to please not tell anyone else my secret

The NSA are about to knock on your door to give you a slap.

The laws of physics...they change when you're on another planet, correct? Another galaxy? So different parts of the universe and their planets have different physics? What if...I dunno.. the physics of a planet so far away make aliens invisible? Or they are visible, but the physics of our planet/ galaxy have us evolved in such a way that we can not see them because they're constructed using different wavelengths of light? Or something just out there like that? What if they're zipping around in their airships right now and we don't know it?

The laws of physics will not change from planet to planet. It will only change when we find something that is better suited in replacing our current understanding of a certain law, like the law of gravity. Who knows? 500 years from now... that society will have a completely different law for gravity and image of it than we do now.

There's still SO much of science that we don't exactly understand, don't realize, or don't know.

I think there is so much already here that we are totally oblivoius of. You don't need to venture past this planet to encounter aliens. It's like a co-exsistence but in a different spatial plane or dimension. I do have these experiences of going somewhere quite often. I have a definite awareness of it but only a vague consiousness of it. No not a dream. Call me weird if you want, but I know what I know :D

My personal theory on the supposed aliens that fly around in space ships and abduct people? Future humans, having discovered time travel, studying us and past animal life.

Think about it. The evolution makes sense. These aliens with big heads, tiny mouths, and skinny bodies are the future of humans. Every year we need less and less strength as technology does everything for us. Our brains get bigger as we evolve and we don't need mouths to eat as the food will probably be just processed liquid. Take a look at our ancestors with their stocky bodies, small brains, and huge jaws and picture the opposite. The reason why these supposed aliens haven't attacked and/or taken over the Earth yet is because the act of doing so would wipe out their very existance.

Future Human

My whole life has been leading up to this moment of reading that.

Anyway, we can't tell if there is any life in other places very far away. See that star system in that galaxy 300 million lightyears away? We're seeing light, x-rays, radio waves etc, from it 300 million years ago. A thousand advanced civilisations could have come and gone in that time, and there's nothing we can do to try and see more recent stuff from that place. There could be other universes outside our own, we have no idea because anything more than 13.7 billion light years away, the light hasn't had time to reach us yet.

I think there is other life in the universe. It's just so big, how could there not be? But due to that size, I do not believe that we've been visited by them. The distances are just so vast that travel between stars is just something that I don't know will ever be feasible. I hope it is possible, I read tons of sci-fi, and I'd love to think that that kind of stuff is in humanities future.

no ..actually I don't...people are always fancing something that share commonness with them. But I think the possibility that things are more complicated than what we think. Just like you can visulize all 3D models, but when it comes to 4D, it gets beyond comprehension.

I don't think there is, I've never seen proof that they exist. But that's just my opinion, never know, I've been wrong before.

You're religious, right? But you believe in God. I'm not trying to instigate an argument here, I'm just using it to illustrate a point.

Why do you believe in God (this is all based on my assumption that you do), but not aliens, just because you've not seen proof of them? There's no proof for God, either.

Again, I'm genuinely not trying to offend you or troll you to start an argument.

Yes, I believe in God, but it's from a deep rooted feeling that I've got, and from faith. Aliens on the other hand, I don't know, see I travel a lot as its my job to do so, seen a lot of crazy stuff, but nothing I've ever seen has indicated they exist. You'd think that if there were alien spacecrafts or little green men visiting us, I'd have seen something.
But as I said, I could be wrong, and more than likely am because there is way to much space out there for it to just be us.. But I just don't think they exist.

I think you're looking at it as whether aliens have visited us. In that case, I agree with you, I think it's almost certain that they haven't.
But in the wider galaxy and universe, the odds are that life does exist somewhere. The Drake Equation predicts that there are potentially a thousand intelligent civilisations in our galaxy alone, pretty amazing.

Yeah, I got thrown off my all the M.I.B. and area 51 posts plus lack of sleep. But I agree that there is a strong possibility that there is other life out there.. Now It's time to try to sleep.I'm out..
