No, I watched "Jo Grant" battle Sea Devils, Ice Warriors and giant green maggots with The Third Doctor 40 years ago.
Nine complete recordings from Patrick Troughton's period as The Doctor have been found in a tv relay station in Nigeria.

I found season 7 on Amazon Prime videos. I guess that's as far as they go for streaming on either Amazon or Netflix for now.
Play Store has the new series seasons 1 through 7.
