Doctor Who

Watched the event, no idea who the new guy is, though to be fair I didnt/don't know who matt smith is! Lol

I did watch the 3 hour Christmas special before the reveal though. The End of Time I think it was called...

The playstore has some sound bite apps...DW9, DW10 and 11. You can save them for ringtones. They have his theme song on the DW10. You might also try the Zedge app. They have wallpapers too
 
Thanks. I tried Zedge but the only ones I found were not the ones I wanted. I'll take a look at the playstore.

Had trouble getting my GS4 to add the RT I downloaded to the ringtone list. I had to go into app manager/media storage, clear data, and reboot. Then it showed up in the list. Otherwise I had to copy it to the device ringtone directory itself to get it to show up. I have most of my RTs on my SD card, which is where I prefer to keep them. Fortunately, the work around fixed the issue and I can keep my RTs on my SD card.
 
I had created several DW ringtones for my old Treo 650 many years ago, and they've followed me to newer phones. I also included them in the DW CM9 theme I made (but need to update...)

I just started the 2005 series yesterday on Netflix, its like back to the future with aliens :D I'm on S1 E6
 
Anyone else go through the same cycle with the doctor that I do?

Go search YouTube for "Malcolm Tucker" or "The Thick Of It" for examples of his recent, and most acclaimed, work. Just make sure the sound is muted and no children or people of a nervous disposition are around. :)

His breakthrough was way back with Burt Lancaster in Bill Paterson's "Local Hero", so he's been around for a few years.

I can only find 6 seasons of DW on Netflix for streaming. Season 1 is CEccleston. Seasons 2-4 are David Tennant. I think season 5 is MSmith. And I'm watching season 6 which is also MSmith.

I wish Netflix would put all the latest seasons on streaming.... at least from 2005 and up.
