when moto says they are going to work with developers to come up with a solution, and just saying that as a PR.

so far the atrix has been unlocked
and the xoom is lockable/unlockable. so how do you think the d3 being locked isnt a slap in the face?

granted we do not know if its encrypted, as from birdman it could work through the fastboot method. and if thats the case then i will retract my statement...

Regardless...you imply that Moto has somehow lied or been deceitful when in fact that have done nothing of the sort...

Im not supporting the practice of locked bootloaders but any disappointment in regards to a locked D3 stems from baseless assumptions from a vague PR statement that makes no promises or referenced the D3 at all...
