Yea you use the update tool from lg website . You say your in test mode .

If your in test mode don't delete anything from your pc /laptop yet you will need that to repair the test mode

actually nothing is telling me its on test mode. i thought i saw it somewhere. if its not in test mode what do i do?when i trun the phone on it just says emergency calls only
