Charlie Hustle added lots of excitement to the game, and I enjoyed watching his enthusiasm. It’s a shame that the game wasn’t as understanding of addiction (in all forms) as it is today, and especially for someone who so deeply loved it. So much might have been avoided.

Ethel Kennedy (widow of Robert F. Kennedy) suffered a stroke a few days ago and passed away today. She was 96 years old.

He's i believe the third actor from the karate kid movie to pass away. I think he appeared in the first season of cobra Kai

Somehow it slipped passed us all that Kris Kristofferson passed away September 28 at the age of 88.

i am so sad right now. one of my favorite Dodger, Fernando Valenzuela, has passed away at the age 63. no word on the reason why. there was suspicion that something was wrong late in the season, when he abruptly stopped announcing Dodger games with no reason given. he was my favorite Dodger growing up. i was 5 when i went to see my 1st Dodger game. Fernando was pitching that day and was dominate. RIP Fernando Valenzuela. you were my hero growing up.

 
If I may pay an early tribute to the wonderful Teri Garr, who has very sadly passed away at 79.

Remember her in Young Frankenstein, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Tootsie and Friends!
I loved her in everything she did.

A unique and wonderful personality with funny mannerisms, and I mean just a delight to watch. She was always very beautiful.

Will be very sorely missed.

Rest in Peace.

She was a delight even in small parts. She played Phoebe's mom to a "T" on Friends very memorably.

If you haven't seen "After Hours" I'd recommend it as well (she has a fair part in it).
