Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Halon, I haven't used Wallet in so long I really couldn't tell you. They are becoming such a pain in the backside to work around with Verizon and ISIS and all that I long ago spent down my pre-paid balance. If it works, it works. If it doesn't anymore, no love lost.
 
I'm in a similar mood about wallet as chief. Flashing as many roms as I do, it got tiring resetting and then having to set up my cards again. Not to mention all of the carrier crap that we are subjected to. I really want Google Wallet to come through in the end. I hope Verizon eventually gets put in their place by the FCC for block C violations, or the FTC for anti-competitive practices.

Fully back online - glad to see everyone is on and okay.

Been helping out places and helping organize some donation stuff for the hurricane relief. What a crazy week its been. All my friends & family are okay, but there are a ton of people who aren't.

I should be back to full capacity today even though I am still working from home as my office just got power back yesterday but we were told not to go in unless absolutely necessary.

Hope everyone is having an okay week. Crazy here but for other reasons... Work is nuts right now. With the transition happening at the end of the year, someone planned to have the new group up and running by then... Except that the current group is out of work to do... And the new group is going through the rest too quickly... Going to be interesting to see what happens. Getting close to the slowest season of the year...

I should hope that you would vote conscience, not character. Vote context, not color or charisma. Vote principle, not politics. But whatever your political influence is or where you're at in your life, please: VOTE!
 
I had to drive back home to vote today because I forgot about changing my voter registration. It has been 3 months since I've been back there and these damn things are popping up everywhere! Last I went back there wasn't any.

Thanks everyone on the congrats. I felt it was about time to get more involved and that was a great way. Went to the polls early this morning, but most of my votes end up meaningless living in NYS. Those downstaters just canabalize all the upstate votes.

In other news, I think Verizon put a new tower up just outside of the building I work at, I'm now getting signal numbers on my nexus that I've never seen before, -63 dBm. That's incredible and I finally have lte at work. Someone was also an idiot and pulled the fire alarm and made us all go outside and freeze our butts off for 30 minutes. Now one of my classes is going to be off by a day compared to the rest. Such as life I suppose.
 
Installed 4.2 gapps with Sourcery 3.1 and everything is working. Also installed Wallet 4.2 and that is now working for me.

I might be one of the odd balls that seems to get great battery using Faux Kernel on Jellybean. Franco Kernel has never liked my phone, and LK was good, but not as good as Faux for some reason.
