Gas prices?

I completely agree. In my day, there were many classes designed to prepare the student to survive in the elements. :) Not only were shop classes offered for practical hands on experience but classes to understand financial success such as vocations and economics. I was in an advanced sixth grade class. Each student was given an adult scenario.... marital status, children, vocation, annual income, outstanding debt etc. Budgeting funds and living below means was the goal. At the end we figured our taxes. A very practical and enlightening phase of the class for a sixth grader.

I was up town this weekend and passed a number of QuikTrip gas stations. (largest retailer in my area) They have a corporate headquarters here and normally all of their station's gas prices are the same. I couldn't help but notice that pricing varied as much as a dime across the different stations. Maybe prices at the pump were the same but their signage didn't reflect it. Whatever, it is highest in my burb just five miles South of town. $2.98
