Nope, it was causing too many issues...........that's most likely why it was not added anymore.

You'll have to edit it manually for now.

You have to edit eri.xml in framework-res.apk; located at res/xml folder.

You can do it with a HEX editor, or you can decompile framework-res.apk with apk manager, and edit eri.xml with notepad++ or some other editing software similar to notepad++.

lol...yeah, this GB easter egg was mentioned a while back over on XDA when the Eris first started getting the GB ROMs... (I'm assuming that its the same pic as what is displayed on the Eris ROMs).

Don't have GB on my Droid X, but I picked-up a wi-fi Xoom Wednesday and I tried this in Honeycomb (3.0--no 3.1 yet) and it works too. The big blue Honeycomb bumblebee appears (full-screen) with text below it that says "REZZZZZZ....." [not "bzzzzz" interestingly enough]

You need to press it a lot, it took me around 30 or so taps to get it to work.

I was just messing around with it again, sometimes it only take a couple taps and other times it takes 20 or more for me to get it to pop up.

Edit: lol...I just had it take over 50 taps, then the next time it was 4, I wonder what triggers it exactly.

No dice on .595. Tapped about 40x then realized I looked like an idiot and stopped.

It's the "magic finger" I have It's from all those years of breaking stuff when I was little, and then using my pointing finger to point at my sister in a "blaming" manner.....lol, or it could be all that digging for gold......

I found this works:
Tap 3 consecutive taps quickly, pause for a second or so, then quickly tap 4 times consecutively and it will pop up.
