When I was verifying my info (address, SSN, etc) to add money to my card, it wouldn't go through. I'm not sure why, but I've had problems veriying this devit card in the past too, it sounds like someone has bad info somewhere, or maybe I just mistyped something. Anyway, after it wouldn't verify a certain number of times, Google put a hold on my account because it looked like fraud. If I had had a Nexus S, I could have called support, they would unlock it, and I'd go back to using it. Since I have a Galaxy Nexus, they said they won't unlock it, that's the end of it. So they didn't lock my account just because, they just won't fix it, either. I haven't heard of any cases where they stopped anyone from using it just because.
