Root (GUIDE) Unbrick LG L70 No Download Mode No recovery mode, No Fastboot

Other than that tbh i think it could be dead. Find the l70 cm12.1 thread and try to contact the developers of it as they are experienced in aboot files and bricks since they have had their fair share of l70 brick recoverys when testing their custom ron

Hi, I replaced aboot.img with that from stock firmware, but that didnt work, so I replaced lof.img and boot.img (also from stock). Now windows cant see phone. Do you have any ideas?

The guy above me had the same thing. It seems some of the steps could possibly be flawed. Try ubuntu and see if its detected. Check COM ports in device manager and see if its there in windows

Damn sorry to hear that :( if setting comes to mind to possibly help ill post. So dont dispose of the phone just in case. How long you had it? I blew the right channel of my headphone jack in the first week, so no listening to music :/
 
i have same problem, my device is d325 no boot , cant download mode, cant fastboot etc, device only vibrating. in windown can't detect anything.

today i download linux 14 LTS 32bit, aboot and file etc,

i will will report tomorrow,
 
I have an AS323 LG L70 is the same as LG MS323 L70 ? I've done all the steps with the aboot.img MS323 and nothing has happened . Please help
 
Hey, my LG L90 is hardbricked and I want to fix it the same way, i downloaded the aboot file. but it's an Aboot.bin file. will this work, do I have to change something in the linux code?
 
Guys, i had same problem, i tried to swap the files using linux, but after that linux and windows couldn't see the device - it was dead, but i sent it to the service, and they changed the motherboard, everything for free

My PC do not recognize my smartphone as storage. Ubuntu same thing

Windows detect as qhsusb_bulk, it show in windows device manager in COM ports

Right click on the thing in device manager and click update driver software. Then the COM port should be recognised correctly, then use lg flash tool to reflash stock rom

Possibly, but if you revive it later on, then it could be used as a root / modding test device before doing it to your new phone, but never give up, im sure you could find a way of you sift through the internet, luckly most LG phones are similar in fixing so dont be afraid to go to other phone fourms, just be careful with that

No, maby do device manager and choose update driver software and then do browse my computer for drivers then do let me pick, then untick compatible hardware, find com port drivers in the list and install them
