Hello guys i have a big problem with my Lg L70 , when i connect to the pc just black screen and not showing that -( image verinfo) and ( qhsusb_bulk ) , not vibrates NOTHING , its dead , any of you guys know how to fix it .

i choosed the wrong program for flash & root , i choosed for Lg G3 and not for Lg l70 , and after finish its just goes black and its dead .

I followed step by step and purple screen gone! But now the device is stuck in an endless fastboot, I've tried many things, even restarted my research and so didn't work ...
Updated symptoms:
  • If I try one hard reset it hangs in the hard reset screen

  • It gets stuck in the Fastboot screen:
[720] fastboot_init ()
[720] Error: ssd partition not found
[750] USB init ept @ 0x7ad0000
[770] udc_start ()
[940] - reset -
[940] - portchange -
[1840] fastboot: processing commands

  • Downloaded the LG Laf multitool Recovery v1.2 and tried almost all functions (those that seemed useful) and continues in fastboot mode.
  • The computer makes sound when the phone is connected and appears in the right corner the option to remove the device safely, but it is no memory detected, as if nothing had connected.
  • I tried to make the Linux process again, but it does not detect the device, as well as Windows 10 ...
For the love of God guys, what I can do? :( :( :(

i have same problem with you.
did someone found solution ??

una pregunta el aboot se saca dentro de la carpeta almacenamiento interno del celular? por que cuando lo conecto al pc busco y en la carpeta almacenamiento interno del celular me aparece aboot archivo bin y el otro que se llama abootorg archivo bin...

Hi @Brayan Enrique
Your model is not LG L70 but LG L65 so you have chosen a wrong thread. Unfortunately, LG L70 thread does not contain files needed to recover your phone. Good luck anyways

Hi I speak spanish. I am using the google translator, I hope you understand me.
I have a LG L70 and the symptoms that are very similar to those of this publication, but there is an exception! When I connect my phone to pc (windows 7) I do not detect any partition, but detects as qhsusb_bulk. When I use ubuntu does not detect anything. The funny thing is that a few days ago the windows 7 detected it as relink hs-usb qdloader 9008. I hope you can help me.

Hi, there is the solution provided by vladimirs77.
You didn't specify your model number. The guide is for D325 but should also help if you have other device, at least to some extent.

hi, not new to the thread but first post, so I have the D321 and was able to root using the D32110d firmware.. got all the way to pac man rom then tried to go into recovery mode thru twrp and that's when everything went downhill. BRICKED, I was trying to use this guide, but I'm missing the 2 folders (image and verinfo) when I plug my phone up on windows and when i hook it up on Ubuntu it just gives me a thousand errors and flashes, even tho it's just a black screen. Any idea where I could get these 2 files??

Hi, correct me if I'm wrong: your phone is bricked by just entering TWRP?
What where the steps you took to install PacRom?

yes, I used LitrosNub videos, and I'm sure that my problem was that they were for Metro PCS and I was cricket.. It actually bricked installing the Gapps.. After I installed PacRom and Gapps onto my sd card, I went in recovery to wipe cache, etc. Like the video says and it took the PacRom, loadeded it and everything but my phone was saying not enough storage to install Gapps and I can't remember what happened exactly after that but it is bricked now. I have VM and Ubuntu and when I hook my phone up it just freaks out error on sdb34 over and over....
Update: plus, someone snapped an image of their 2 files IMAGE and VERINFO, so i know what should be in them but I cant write code or anything to just copy those files and make the folders from scratch. but I'm sure that is why it is freaking when plugged up in Ubuntu

I understand you cannot enter download mode anymore? (Power+VOLup + usb cable in)

exactly, the phone is just a black screen yet vibrates when trying to power it up or off i guesss. i'm trying to follow this guide through VMWares and Ubuntu..but i'm missing the IMAGE and VERINFO folders and have searched everywhere for them. please help

Is your device recognized as qhsusb_bulk in Windows device manager? This is important, since you are using a Virtual Machine with Linux, not Linux alone.

Hi all, I just want to said Thank you to Partarger.info member of xda forum for your guide for LG G2 that I used to fix my phone after that I followed this guide to put in my phone CWM recovery and no one was able to help me or tell me something about this problem.

The problem to this situation was you wrote over the aboot which is needed for booting the phone.

Symptoms:
  • No download mode
  • No Recovery Mode
  • No fastboot
  • Just Blacks creen
  • When you connect the phone to pc you can see two folders: one is "Image" and the other one "verinfo"
  • LG detected as qhsusb_bulk in device manager
Requirements:
  • A little Knowledge of linux
  • You will need to use Linux, you can use Ubuntu or another that you want. You can use a virtual machine, live cd or a bootable usb stick.
  • Download stock aboot of the phone from here.
Step by step
  1. Boot into Linux and plug your L70 to the computer. Note: if you have linux in a virtual machine you must have installed in windows qshusb_dload drivers
  2. Put the downloaded file decompressed in the desktop
  3. Open terminal in Linux then type:
    Code:
    ls /dev/sd*
It should appear something like this:
    Code:
    /dev/sda /dev/sda1 /dev/sda2 /dev/sda5
    /dev/sdb1 /dev/sdb2 /dev/sdb3 /dev/sdb4
    /dev/sdb5 .......... /dev/sdb34
  4. In this case my device is detected under sdb. you may have it under sdc. look for the biggest number, in my case /dev/sdb34 so it is sdb.
  5. In terminal type:
    Code:
    sudo gdisk -l /dev/sdb
you will get something like this:
Code:
Number Start (sector) End (sector) Size Code Name
1 4194kB 71.3MB 67.1MiB 0700 modem

We are only interested where is located aboot partition, in my case is located in sdb6. Be carefull because in your case it may be located in another partition. not be confused with boot partition or abootb.

we will use dd commands to push aboot.img inside the right partition.
7. in terminal type:
Code:
sudo -i
then type your password
now you must be under root access.

8. type the following dd command:
Code:
dd if=/home/alexdream/Desktop/aboot.img of=/dev/sdb6
Note: alexdream is the name of the user in linux, you have to replace for you own user. Replace this path by the appropriate path to your file

Once you finish just reboot your phone, if everything was good your l70 now can boot normally and you can go to the download mode too.

You can follow this guide to replace recovery is you want, just remember not replace stock recovery to the recovery partition.

This guide is for
LG L70 MS323, other variant can work but you have to search stock aboot file.

Hi @Swathi Jangam. Posting the same question four times would not fix your problem
The problem is probably caused by flashing wrong aboot file. Here's the dump that may rescue your phone: [Dump] [All Variants] Aboot, files and how to flash.

Are you sure you did the download mode key combination correctly? Was your USB cable plugged in while doing the key combo? Check this video: LG L70 Tips and Tricks [Video Guides]

@joseash , I wonder how you've gone so far with formatting and all. If I'm right, you've used some tips from XDA, since the BoardDiag method was only mentioned when fixing HS-USB QDLoader 9008 mode for D325. It's not recommended for other phones.
You should probably ask your questions on XDA to the members who used it.

Check out the video - nothing can explain it better.

Unplug USB, turn off your phone, take out the battery.
THEN: put the battery back in, hold vol+, plug USB cable, press and hold POWER at the same time. When your phone vibrates, release POWER and wait until the download mode starts to load. When you see "Firmware Update" screen, release VOL+.
