Why they won't help you.
Zte & metro are watching that thread thats why tethering isnt Working anymore. If you guys would stop postin and use the PM system to share info you would be farther along. Not bustin just an oberservation.

Im not tethering custom rom need the settings to get it to get internet and phone to work right

Look in your phone under settings and see what version your software is at currently. If it's ZV4, ZV5, or ZV6 join the waiting room with us. Only ZV3 (which must be the original release version?) can gain temp root via Kingroot. I think we all have exhausted all the "one-click" options for later MM builds.

Im working on getting the stock recovery from zv3 and make it so u can flash it on later version zv4 to zv8 to gaine root im working with some one on that its been done before on one of my zte phones worth a shot

I have been periodically trying KingRoot on zv4 and it seems to be changing, I don't know if it means anything but they seem to get higher in their progress percentage before it fails than they used to.

I found another device that uses same chip msm8916 and snap dragon410 think samd cpu has same memory and camera specs and same ext sd specs im looking into it more
