I began oem unlock, tried kingroot, no luck, towelroot, no luck
...lol comical to watch myself fail fail fail bwnahaha

What version u on in the phone software im zv4

Im zv6.....i did not take update and wont until someone gets a full quality root.

I laughed when i saw thw android update float down the mainscreen.....i thought hey i have a brand new phone that thus far hasnt been rooted and your wanting me to update already? That was my first clue they know someone is close to full root and i bet thwy have added more roadblocks in the zv7 update so i wont take it.

I love the lg stylo 2 dont get me wrong. I like all its features, and i got it for 109 bucks at walmart thanks to their price matching best buy. My ol phone i never got a root for so i dumped it lol.

I st tried kingroot 5.0 and it came close to root

When i tried kingroot before, it only said root failed....now when i try it it says: please be patient update coming soon.....sounds like its closer to me???
