Battery keeps getting better and better... :)

Trying to purchase lg esteem optimizer keep getting error message, "Your Device Isn't Compatible With This Item",??? :banghead:

Where is GSE 1.5? I think I missed that! Can I install it on v. c?
its linked in its thread in this section. Yea you can flash any of the ROMs over ZVC now, but it will put ya on ZVB as thats what they were built from. Only 2 ZVC based ROMS atm, the stock one and GSE-C I did.

But in settings/about phone, it says I have SW V. c???
weird, it shouldnt lol

ok how bout this, the parts we play with will be zvb on all except 2 ROM atm lol

theres other stuff we never touch flashing roms. Have to play with them by other means ;)

Here are my results with this kernal and Juice Defender. I got a day and a half of light use with 25% battery life left. I was pretty please with it. Since I don't really play a lot of graphics intensive games or anything, I didn't notice any performance issues. Also, I really like Juice Defender because you can disable data and wifi until you turn the display on, so if it is sitting in your pocket or your desk for a few hours, it isn't draining battery for no reason, but as soon as you unlock the screen it searches for wifi or data and turns it on.

Thanks Kanaida!

Install the optimizer if it's not already, set the battery to chuck norris.

If you have google maps, disable latitude or at least the updates.
Try it without battery saver apps etc first, so you know if they help or hurt later on. Personally i don't like things that disable my data and all kinds of stuff, to me they're just apps wasting resources but that's my opinion.

how do you disable Google latitude? I notice it takes up a ton of resources and I don't even use it!
