Why not use the Simplicity App?? I've tried out Android Tuner in the past and it's not very good when it comes to persistence lol.

I bought it. It's what I'm using to control intelliplug and hotplug as well as my other kernel settings such as clock speed GPU governor etc. The kernel defaults are set my me to configure hotplug and intellplug for equality between battery and performance. Although you could always do what you want and see it to your needs with the app.

should be the same as any other system apps, just hold down a random system app and check the permissions. Then set them to the fauxsound app.

boot your phone into recovery and open command prompt on your pc and type the following

adb shell
dmesg | grep PVS

then give me the output of that command and reboot.

Kernel updated to V5.1 shoud fix any random rebooting issues, also comes with a few updated components.

Better? Hell yeah!!!!!
stability? questionable but i believe it is stable.
