Thank you suprafreak for getting me started and SSN for the inspiration on this layout.
So I know the split between the screens isn't perfect... but you can't tell on the phone.
I used Picasa to crop the original image and I ended up with a couple of extra pixels, so it kinda messed up my cropping of the three panels.
Original photo is
http://im01.thewallpapers.org/photo/23705/red-couch-in-living-room.jpg so you can see how much editing I had to do. This is really my first foray into photoshop (gimp actually) but I think it turned out pretty good. I'll be changing or fixing the phone - it definitely looks photoshopped, and probably changing the wireless router to a white one so you can see it better. I've also got plenty of free space for future iterations.
Middle panel:
(Desktop Visualizer, Apps Organizer, Minimalistic Text)
I really meant for my middle screen to be more minimalistic, but with those big panels I had to put it them to use. Starting at the top: The red folder opens my app drawer currently (but I'll be changing it to Apps Organizer once I get an organization system going). Letter -> SMS/MMS. GMail ->E-mail. Pictures (of my girlfriend
) -> Camera. Map -> Maps. Date/Time Widget -> Calendar. Desk Phone -> Dialer.
Left Screen:
(Desktop Visualizer)
This definitely has some free space, but I'm not quite sure how I can use it. Facebook -> Facebook, Headphones -> Audiogalaxy (which is one of my favorite apps ever). Invisible toggle on the right light for flashlight.
Right screen:
(SwitchPro, Desktop Visualizer)
Toolbox -> Settings, Wireless Router -> Browser. I just have those 4 toggles because the other 3 are in my notifications bar, but I might bring those down (to make 7!) if I decide to get rid of my notifications bar (which I just can't seem to do yet). I was hoping I could get the toggles over that beam in the middle of the window, but it just wouldn't line up. Shoot. I'll find something else to do with it, I guess.
Wow this was a super fun layout to make and I think I'll be tweaking it just a little bit more, but I'll definitely be sticking with it for a while! Thanks again to suprafreak and SSN for the ideas and inspiration!
