Based on the Clock and also the font in the taskbar, it appears this user is rooted, and has flashed an alternative system font. It looks like Comfortaa Font.

it depends what you are looking for, to change icons on your home screen you can download any icons you find on the net and assign the icon to that app. if you want a fully themed look that changes your notification bar/dialer etc you need to root your phone and flash a theme. Look around in the all things root subforum or check out HTC Supersonic: EVO 4G - xda-developers
