I have a few questions:

1. Wanted to know how to get the following lockscreen (clock, dat, icons, etc):

2. What icons are in the launcher of the screenshot and how do you get the darker notifications dropdown (mine is bright white)?

I was looking for that post it app. I tried post it Desk but it was not the same one, the one you have is smaller and bi more convenient for my needs.

My money's on it being "ColorNote Notepad Notes" which is available free from the Android Market. I have this on my Desire (and previously on my old Magic) and it's a fantastic little note app. It does lists and checklists. Plus you can add reminders to your notes and dropping notes as widgets on your homescreen looks great. What more could you want?

Nope that's actually VirusROM. The lockscreen and battery circle come with the theme I flashed (which is only for VirusROM) so I had it easy. I don't know firsthand what exactly to do but I found these two threads:

I'm assuming these are the files you have. The circle battery mod has quite a few steps. The lockscreen is pretty easy however, just choose the clear Espresso launcher if you have Fresh and flash it. Remember before you do anything make a nand backup first.
