Root LG Lucid's ICS backup

It doesn't look like the new ics is agreeing with cwm so attaining a backup will be harder than i thougjt.

Damn y'all. I've been trying to get pass this md5 mismatched. It's hard to know if it was mismatched before or after the porting. Anybody got any advice I'm all ears.

Yea i was able to get pass the md5 mismatch but when it starts restoring the system i get an error...

...so i went and removed the app folder from the systemext4 file. then i was able to flash. But now im stuck at the lg logo

Well it was something like.."unable to backup system"

Yea i was able to get pass the md5 mismatch but when it starts restoring the system i get an error...

Did you use the port guide too or are you just restoring the raw?

I backup from raw first then tried to port over my previse gingerbread backup.

Also when i tried to backup the ported file i get the mismatch error but when i try to cd into the backup file using adb shell i get an sbin/bin error.

I put a flashable zip together with the posted files and it no boot for me. Currently working with the vipers kernel src that happens to includes a cayman_mpcs_us_defconfig for the connect.... makes ya wonder huh???

but working on getting it to compile with ^^^ config.

haha my brother just baught a lucid, braught it to my house and i started to play with it.. then guess what it does.. decides to update to ics!! lol dammit!!!!
