Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 11 Nightly Builds for d2mtr

Thanks lol but not that though. I am talking about the message app not showing any expandable message in the notification bar. The new jellybean notification bar is neat, but it shows the whole message in the notification bar. Making it a privacy issue, and I was trying to somehow make it not show that without changing the app, I know notification can be disabled but then I wont know if I have a text.

Only other app with theme options arego sms pro, i know that would be a great feature for the stock mms, but your getting a un bloated fast and reliable rom. ;)

Anyone else having issues with Wifi tethering? I can't seem to get mine working...I enable on the phone, connect with my laptop, but can't browse on the laptop.

nm...i figured it out

I noticed that once you lose your radio and manually restore it sort of full proofs it. I flash nightlies as they become available and change to each rom (4 on my backup folder including stock) at least once a day so it's inevitable that I lose radio sometimes but all is needed now a reboot to fix.

there is only one thing that would keep me from doing a custom rom.. is there a way to have S voice. do I have to back up my app and pull it back after flashing?

just back up S voice and either push it to the system or install like any other app. works fine for installing; and the app actually works better on cm10. o.O

Is there a way to do video and picture out over wifi like you can on the stock rom? Also is there any way to get the stock cam or a better camera to work on thos rom?

Thank you. Also I download the.zip that the guy 3 posts back posted with the build that's claimed"stable" or should I go with the nightly build in the OP? ?

Well with that is up to you the nightly means that they update every night I'm using aokp at the moment

Well I just got done setting up the stable one on my phone and seems like its running very nice :). Aokp is my next rom to try and test..

The S3 has a pretty large community and I'm pretty simplistic. This page: CM10 ROM STABLE for Rooted Galaxy S3! [Android 4.1.2][AT&T/T-Mobile/Sprint/Verizon/US Cellular/MetroPCS] | Galaxy S3 Root

Has a link for CM10 but when I download it it says verizon on the file name. The question to end all questions... will this ROM potentially convert/flash my phone to verizon's? I've seen it happen on other threads.

Do not flash that rom go to CyanogenMod downloads and under devices click d2mtr and download the stable or nightly build

No that file on the cm is perfectly for our device they named it for Verizon by mistake. You can see it says d2mtr and I already flashed it and its the exact same thing as the nightly except its the final release by CM team themselves. Just wanted to clear this up.
