Oh OK so most of the stuff for metro pcs also works on the t-mobile f6 similar to the f3. Does anyone know if the CyanogenMod 11 also works for t-mobile f6?

Also, I've tried out xperion, kkmini, and this ROM on my t-mo f6 and have had no issues whatsoever

Im looking for a rom that if i accidentally pressed the power button fast twice it wont blackscreen itself and have to reboot the whole thing again :/,hopefully this dev is awesome to fix this,(because im using this Rom right now

I don't notice lower ringtone or music. In fact I've lowered my ring volume. Anyway, if you download the sitar I posted on page 10 and compare it to the original that comes with the ROM you can Google & compare the 2 files online to see exactly which values I changed. Aside from that, open the sitar file in Notepad++ and the following lines should help you experiment:

System Speaker Volume - Line 3526 (Be careful as this will also increase phone touch tones...EVERYTHING WILL GET VERY LOUD!)
Earpiece - Line 3359
Voice Earpiece - Line 3388 (Volume for actual phone calls)
Headphones - Line 3560 & 3561
Voice Headphones - 3591 & 3592
Speaker Headset - Lines 3622, 3623 & 3624

It's been a while since I posted the sitar but I didn't have luck with the in call speaker volume. However, I don't think I did anything to lines 3622-3624. Will need to experiment with those myself.

is there a way to install the phone app from stock kit kat as a second option or replacement ......i'd rather have it as an option like launchers....so incase it goes wonky......

i love CARBON 100% ...but, my wife seems to have constant issues with the navigation with the CM phone app because of her eye sight .....
 
I was using stock 4.1.2 then this rom then xperion and now im on what i think is hroaks 4.4.2 beta 5 rom .....Was going to use kk mini but not sure about it

If you like aosp and don't mind a few issues, use this. If you can use jelly bean (i cant since android wear won't work) then imo xperion is the best. If you need a kitkat ROM that doesnt have many issues, go for kk mini.

I actually found that the call and speaker volume were too low,

Welcome to the party. I (we) know the original ROM has low call and speaker volume (among the other bugs you've already pointed out). The sitar file I posted on page 10 helped to alleviate some of those volume problems. Cyconumnum is attempting to mod those values more to his liking. You are free to do the same.

I just tested carbon again still has a problem with lockscreen button and random reboots ......Dana rom v2 gives me a bluetooth and call fc from boot.... KK mini isnt on the table for me to test since i need a daily driver (100%stable).....Pacman rom random reboots........ Xperion gives me unresponsive 5-15 secs of button lights flashing and phone frozen..... Im waiting for DM to release a 5.0 rom meanwhile ill just stick with stock 4.1.2 and modify it to my taste (Some xposed blablabla themes keyboards wallpapers homes) or just try and reflash Xperion rom

k.....i messed with the values .....and the call volume got a bit louder....the speaker phone did'nt

im going to leave it there and be happy for now :mustachedroid:..........but at least i have the tool and some direction to goof around some more later..

To get rid of the reboot flash lates kernel by DM.
Go to settings performance set cpu 118 max 594 min check the boot and voila... Reboot gone... Get rid of the crt animation of the lockscreen too
 
kit kat mini is actually super stable...but,with bells and whistles comes a price....the whole sd card dance you have to do to get things to install on the sd ....

with CARBON ... the fuse thing works beautiful...i hit the "you ran out of room dummy" warning......remove some junk...and bang....it's cool.....some apps dont even trip the doo dad and install ....that's how you get trippy storage reports of having more apps than space on the internal....once you get to that area thou...it's hit and miss

and....AND..... all the CM11 themes you can stomach will jive with CARBON....and some are really snazzy...right now i'm rocking the WINDOWS10 theme....good balance of stuff.......

the UBUNTU them...not the touch one...kicks some booty too...but ,is not complete without the UBUNTU LWP...but that's just my opinion..

but,a warning...the THEMER app....has awesome themes...but it runs a mess of widgets to make em work...so...battery and space will be eaten alive

I love this rom,but this isnt the thing preventing me from installing it again,is the blackscreen when i hit power button in a fast pase forcing me to reboot all the time. bugs also on the CM 4.4.4 Beta that i came from,now im on kkmini and really wish for the full feel of CM Kitkat,because this kkmini feels flawless because its based out of stock.
Awesome build btw,loved the rom.

Can u elaborate more about this... Even though im on kk.mini i would like to try n test
 
Thrust me... Its gonna take a bit for DM to fix but what i want to test is the fuse thing cus im working to see if i can get it going for all CM n KK roms so we can all hav that option. Right now im working on MTU point so we can hav faster n bigger daata connection for all roms i hav 3 cm & 2 kk roms stuck in the oven thanks to my building machine going bad on me... Plus trying to reimplement fmradio plus the cam issues.... Due to my work.
Plus working to find root for the F60
