Root [MOD] Droid Pro Blue Boot Animation with "Droid" sound

Huh. If I wanted to be lazy and make my own bootanimation for my personal use by using the folders and description in this zip to work off of, what files would I actually be replacing? I see three folders in the zip: spin, Droid, and logo. I assume I'd leave Logo alone, but what do the other two really do? They look like mostly the same pictures.

You can have only one folder if you want, or two. It just depends on what you want the animation to do. You can even rename the folders, just as long as the desc.txt matches those names.
 
Bouchigo that is just even better. I just added the blue Motorola logo to my phone. Now my phone starts up the way I want it, all blue.
 
heyyy bouchigo... any chance you take requests? I'll gladly donate a few bucks to you if you can make me up a Batman boot animation (no idea how hard this would be, if it's extremely time intensive then nevermind)... maybe like the black bat symbol /w yellow oval that just does... something (?) until it boots, maybe a highlight will flash across it or something

Don't cut yourself short Metfanant. This bootscreen came out fantastic thanks to you and Bouchigo.

Steven, you're not more loved, you're more tolerated.......:D:p

On another note, i have GOT to get learning on making themes. I have all the tools(I think)and the drive to learn. I just don't know how to setup these programs and where to start first. Bouchigo I think you should start an online class for this stuff.
 
i thought since we worked so hard on it...that it deserved a better preview image to advertise to the world how awesome we are....so this should better represent the full effect of the mod...

i think the blue logo is located in bouchigo's thread specifically about boot logos HERE

the link in the OP would just be the Blue animation...then flashing the logo would give you the whole deal...:cool:
 
You got it Steven. This is how my phone boots up now thanks to the hard work Metfanant and Bouchigo put into it.

Thinking of the color blue. If you choke a smurf, what color does he turn?
 
When you press the power button or home button to use, my lock screen the two things you slide to open are red.
 
Well I don't know what just happened but I just started bootlooping phone shut down on it's own I restarted and started a bootloop. Sbfing as we speak.
 
i installed both and it works fine. What if we want to go back to stock?....you had to know that was coming lol.
 
Nice work - hypothetically, I would love the blue M, but I'm getting - IMAGE TO LARGE... server can't handle. There another link for boot-up preview? Not doubting trust me, I've installed all but 2 of everything you've created.
