You have try with twrp 3?, i have the same problem with older twrp version, but when i install v3 twrp i had the same problem so i reformat sd card and then make internal again and after that twrp works fine

I've TWRP 2.8. So u think i have to:
-install twrp 3.0
-install a clean cyano 13
-make the sd as internal memory.

Right?

Browser from cm13 have problems, when i browse some website after couple of minutes find error i use cm browser and everything is fine.

Your backup that you have returned to sd messed it up. Reformat the card again, then just copy back vital folders, like music, pictures, etc.

I've tried to: flash the new twrp 3.0, clean install of the cyano, so make sd an internal storage and migrate the files, so tried to update but another time it stucks on twrp logo.
I don't understand which backup u're talking about. May u explain better?

So, when you want to format SD as internal, you normally backup contents of your SD card, right? 99% of us do that by just copying ALL contents of SD card to PC, and then, after formatting, we just copy those files back (drag-and-drop style). Still sounds pretty easy :) But by doing that we are also copy some files which probably are not meant to be on this "new internal memory" (I think culprit may be somewhere in "android" folder. That's why I suggested copying only vital folders (music, video, etc). That's what worked for me, at least, worth a try. Hope I made myself more clearer.

Ok i got it. I'm the 1% that doesn't make a backup =D
However i've retried to format the sd, make it as internal memory, but this time i've not used the option "migrate the files from internal to sd" and now it works. Is that option necessary?

I wanted to migrate just to free some space from the internal memory...i don't wanna have the limit of app installed. Or when the internal memory will be full the phone just will install the app on the SD directly without limiting me?

You can go app by app, and then move all od those which allow you to do so. That's how I did it.

On a totally unrelated note:
Congrats to Leo on winning an Oscar, it was about friggin' time :)

seems to me a tease by google selling format the sd as internal and all apps can happen when a lie is not all apps can be passed to the sd, I think with the partition linksd2 it is much better

Ok, but now the situation is the following:
If i use the option "migrate data" i can't open twrp, but i can see the sd when i connect the phone to the computer (i see internal and sd all together).
If i do not use the option "migrate data" i can open twrp, but i can't see the sd when i connect the phone to the pc (i see only the internal).

¿how I can configure this button to screenshot?

People, I just wanted to let you know Nova Launcher Prime is only 99 cents in Play Store.
With it, you can have "double tap on homescreen to sleep" gesture. That, combined with "double tap to wake" from ROM's settings, and "double tap on lockscreen to sleep" from Gravitybox xposed module gives you stock-like behavior :) double tap everywhere :D
Anyway, just wanted to share.
