So, my VZW guy has confirmed full retail price is $649.99...Radio Shack says $799.99... are you kidding me!?

I'll save $150 and go to VZW, thank you very much! Eff Radio Shack!
 
Is telling me the item number internally is SCHi515MSV

and rep doesn't know if he can sell then, BUT

delay was to fix a "volume issue" per samsung, so maybe two home

runs tomorrow!

I've always been big on just getting an external charger and extra battery and against the extended battery but I'm thinking diffrently now

The extended battery while only like 15% more capacity will forsure be all the battery I need and it barely makes it any bigger infact I thought I saw somewhere saying the extended battery will actually fit under the stock door. Either way I'll be getting the 2100mah battery and when I can find a cheap external charger I'll get that to charge the standard battery as a back up or if I find a great deal on the dock later I'll pick that up . either way I'm stoked and can't wait to get my nexus

Nooo! All the stores around me only open up at 10am and I have to be at work at 10!

I was hoping I could nab one before I had to head in.
 
I just called my local Verizon corporate store and YES he confirmed it's going on sale tomorrow and I have an appointment for 4 p.m. because I can't get out of work any earlier! Her promised to hold one for me!!! please please don't let him go back on his word!!!!
 
I heard Verizon issued a press release for the white Razr that is also coming out tomorrow. Was that also just a tweet on Twitter, or was there something official?? Not that I think Big Red could hose us totally at the last minute or anything :rolleyes:

I can't wait for tomorrow!!! What a day it is going to be :):)
 
Well, to add my two cents in, just got an email from a VZW marketing rep, whose contact info I got back at the RAZR launch, saying "Tomorrow is the day."

I actually called my local store, and they were all busy, so it transferred to a call center. Then they transferred to customer service. I said I wanted it upgrade eligible because I wanted to order online tonight (I'm really going to go into the store tomorrow), and she had her manager approve.

it now shows my account as upgrade eligible.

I think you should be able to call customer service to get it done, just say you want to order online tonight when the release goes live.

I'm wondering if the extended battery will fit into the TPU case I already have.
 
I see many people thanking the Mods and everyone else, and while they deserve a HUGE ton of thanks for keeping everyone in order and keeping this place great, there is one person I think we should all thank...

For keeping us all in the loop, risking his/her job to do so, not getting angry with us when some of us didn't believe them, not getting frustrated by our rants, and for understanding our passion for this device!
