I have zero desire for a Razr or D4 or ANYTHING htc. My only contingency plan is the iPhone if the Nexus keeps getting pushed and pushed.

Either way I'll be back there at 9 on Monday morning...

Mine is waiting for AT&T or Sprint to get it, then jump Verizon's ship. This is ridiculous.

I'm with everyone above in not returning it unless VZW can give you REALLY good reasons to do so. I also agree this needs publicized BIG TIME! Would also like to see a few more sales sneak out and get publicized. Any reason this thing is being held up is probably a legal CYA and they should be legally liable if they didn't cover things a LONG time ago at this point.

I don't even HAVE a contingency plan...I haven't even given a thought to which phone I would get if the nexus wasn't available because I've been grappling for any bit of news or information related to this phone since speculation at the beginning of the year. This has been the phone I was going to get since at least May. I'm going to wait for it...but I'm not going to like it, and they better not even THINK about scrapping it.

Do NOT Return it.. You crazy bro? Think about all the CSR's that let people order the rezound early and shipped... That could have been traced very easy as well to who processed the order.. They could have lost their jobs.. Who knows....

Didnt see a bunch of people posting to have them return their phones... Why? Because someone you met face to face could lose their job is different then someone losing their job you just talked too??

If I had gotten the phone today, I'd walk in to every place they sold verizon phones and be like look guy. it was released today..

You all yell and complain about verizon for not giving info and then when someone gets something through a loophole your sorry about it.

He needs a play by play friend with him to not only witness the transaction, but to post what's happening as it happens. Geez what is this the 20th century? I want a live stream video darn it.

I couldn't agree more. I think part of the reason we're in the shape we are is because everybody is dropping the words "official" and "confirmed" left and right. It wouldn't hurt for everyone to look up the definition of these words.

Just like I wouldn't believe a picture of a cardboard box with handwritten "Street Date 12/9/11", I'm not putting any faith into a picture of a cardboard box with handwritten "Street Date 12/31/11". It's a picture...of a cardboard box...with writing on it. There's nothing there to even remotely suggest that this is legit.
