I was able to integrate the exchange email right through the intial set up on the phone. You can set up the information for the exchange account after you set up your gmail account. Not that different from the Motorola Droid I had.

Just a head's up that you only get your NE2 discount if you sign up for another 2-year contract. If the Verizon store makes an exception for you you'll be the first case I've ever heard of so I wish you the best of luck. Just don't beat up the CSR is he tells you no :D
 
I hope some more cases start popping up soon, I would like to get one here before the phone arrives.
 
I cannot take it anymore, I am so excited to get my new phone. I am so horrible at waiting, especially when you are not that busy. It feels like everyone at work knows this, and they have all decided to not call me to come fix things. Then all I do is look at this forum and get more excited. Dang it all!!! :-)

Well, I've got some very good news for you. When you go into the office, you're gonna hear the same thing I'm about to tell you. They will not give you the NE2 unless you sign a 2 year contract. It doesnt matter if you stayed for your 2 year term and EARNED that discount already, they are telling you how you can use your earned discount and its only by drinking the kool-aid for another 2 years.

I will not. No matter how amazing a device is, my wife will not allow me to purchase a new one until my NE2 is up in December, 2011. I could tell her that the phone has the capability to manipulate the very fabric of space-time, but it will not matter.

I just got lucky that my NE2 was up on 4/15 this time around.

I've had several Plantronics headsets and I've gone back to the Voyager 510. It's just more comfortable to me. I have NEVER had any trouble pairing a Plantronics headset with any phone or car.

I took the day off too. There's no sense in being on the clock and not being productive.

Concerning the first battery charge: Why can't you leave it plugged in and charging AND use the phone? It WILL charge while on. What's the damage?

This is a classic case of the web developer's ignoring the UI designed by the web developers. They must have the same developers that we do. In either case, the developers and the designers should have had a requirements spec to go work from that would clearly spell out what that entry field was for, if it was needed at all. If the designers messed up, then the developers should have noticed and gotten a product manager involved.

Then again, we are talking about the company that forgot to secure their staging site and allow us to get an unofficial announcement from Verizon about the Incredible.

Most of it is based off of myth since the new batteries are not supposed to have memory. But some do sware that your battery will suffer if you don't fully charge before using the battery. Always better to be safe than sorry.

If that's the case, then I should have taken the last couple weeks off. I have done nothing but follow this forum since shortly after CTIA. Luckily I have no deadlines on the horizon for at least a couple weeks.
 
I've been looking into it and maybe I've missed it but does Android 2.1 come with the ability to pick up wireless printers and print from the Incredible?

I signed up last night and received an email for 40% off so I ordered one. I have used Invisible Shield on my itouch for about a year now without any issues.
I did have it put on by a company here locally and the warranty is for life. They didn't have the Invisible Shield for the Incredible in stock so he told me to buy it and they would charge $8.00 to install it.
Also, there isn't any orange peel look on the one installed on my Itouch,
 
i know this was talked about in the past, but what is the current offer for users who dont have smartphones and want to upgrade early to a smartphone? where can i find this?
 
people have received emails now from SGPstore stating their protectors will be available on phone launch. Those of you that want a crystal clear screen (will leave finger prints) that feels more like glass, I definitely say check them out!!

Exactly, it's like were in limbo!!! :eek: I'd guess I'll have to have a plan "B".. I've never charged anything to my account before. I've been a customer for a few years and before that I was on a family plan under my Dad's name....
