VZWs' ecommerce site is finally running again. Its been failing all day for online orders of the Inc. Even VZWs internet support csr tried to enter my order [an NE2 upgrade] from his computer and saw the same failure.

If you've been getting through the order prep but having it fail when you enter the Checkout phase, try again now. Looks like its back in business, for now anyway

Oh, and BTW............... MINES ORDERED AT LAST!!

Its a sure thing that my immediate crowd will be lining up for theirs as soon as they see the Inc in the flesh. As my daughter reminds me, "Not everyone can get totally geeked by something that nobody can see, let alone buy!"

Congrats! It feels good to have it ordered, doesn't it?

Jesus H. Christ in a sidecar, what is with all the anal-retentive willit when'sit where'sit isit crap? Your orders are in, it's gonna come when it comes, and there's a damn good chance it'll come on the 29th like they said it would. And what're you gonna do if it doesn't? Spend all day on here pissing and moaning about it? I mean, you're worse than Ralphie waiting for his Red Ryder BB Gun. This forum has turned into 98% fretting fidgeting worrying whining moaning griping panties-in-a-bunch gnashing speculating gobbledy shmiddley shmop. Someone should start a "Holy jeez the VZW site isn't whispering sweet nothings in my ear while I wait" thread so this one can get back to something resembling a productive endeavor.

Thanks man, it certainly does. Best $99 I've spent in a while.

After a day of total frustration with their monumental clusterfuch of a site, I'm STILL willing to give it one more shot at 1:15AM local time. This is not a game for the weak and the easily deterred. ;)

As shown in Figure 1 and described in the passage, thyroid hormone causes feedback inhibition of TRH and TSH secretion. Thyroid hormone receptor is responsible for hormone signaling, including feedback inhibition by thyroid hormone. If thyroid hormone receptor is defective, this will prevent feedback inhibition, causing TRH and TSH levels to become elevated. The absence of feedback inhibition and the high levels of TSH and TRH will cause increased thyroid size and increased thyroid hormone secretion. It is unlikely that the pituitary will atrophy, particularly with increased TRH secretion.

That's how it was with me on Monday. I'd get through the initial parts and then would get a stupid error message or it would say that I had to be the owner of the account to order it or it would simply time out, or send my right back to my verizon w/o even keeping the phone in the cart. Took hours. Then things just seemed to change and it went through. It's been crazy! We really want this phone to go to all the work involved!

OMG. That is not what I meant to post. This is what I meant to paste:

I went to the Verizon store today to ask about the Droid Incredible. Went I walked in the guy at the door greeted me and I asked him about the phone. They had one in the store that the associates were playing with, and he said a certain associate won't let anyone touch it! But, eventually the manager told him to give the phone to me and I got to play with it!!

I must say the screen is bloody gorgeous. Very bright and crisp. As everyone has already said, its very responsive. It is thinner then I expected, and has a really nice feel in your hands. When I opened the back cover, it is extremely bright, something you really have to see to appreciate. I found the camera very difficult to use with one hand, which kinda sucks, because I always take pictures with one hand. I felt like it was lacking buttons on the exterior of the phone, but all in all, it is a truly magnificent phone. I can't wait until it is released!

That's hilarious about your previous post. I wondered what I was missing and what it had to do with "phone fever" disease that we seem to be afflicted with on this forum. Sounds like quite an in-depth study on thyroid though...

More useful than many posts the last few days... ;)

Guys I ordered my phone on Wednesday, it's released next Thursday, and I was born on a Tuesday. Does this mean I will get my phone on Monday?

When i went to the store yesterday the devour was 499 and the droid was 599 i dont think the incredible will be less than the droid and ive been reading all over that the incredible is 599..agh now im confused ..lol can anyone confirm this???

I thought I saw it on the VZW site for $529. I looked at all the pricing when I did my preorder and ran it with no contract, 1 year and 2 year. The no contract price for me would have been $529 through VZW. I was surprised because I had heard it would be $599.
