How I read it on the site was, "Limited Introductory Offer: 2 GB MicroSD Card"

This is listed in the What's in the box section. That seems to me as there is an offer included in the box for a 2GB card, not necessarily the card itself.

So far, no one who has received a phone has reported any micro SDHC card being included with the phone.
 
I posted earlier that I called VZW sales AND customer service, and they both told me that the only people getting the 2GB card are people that ordered beginning on 4/23, going forward.

People that pre-ordered from 4/19-4/22 won't be getting the memory card.

That is, unless, the VZW reps both had bad info, but they seemed pretty sure.

Hey all, adding my .02 about my visit to VZW store just before they closed. Walked in and CSR says can I help you and i say do you have the INC ? He says yes but its in the back and he can't bring out front to show customers till next week...yada yada yada....he says we have the Eris to mess with if you want. I'm like...uhh..no...I start messing with a couple other phones and a couple minutes later he walks up and hands me it...I was like holy sh*t....I was in my work uniform which kinda played a role...anyway the phone was badass...felt great in my hand...not to small...not to big...screen was amazing...as for the plasticky feel that the reviewers were saying it had ...not the case IMO...I've never owned a smartphone but there is no cheap plasticky feel to this phone...it was not connected to the network yet so I couldnt check out the speeds...but everything else was amazing; wallpapers; scenes, clocks, media player...I thought the camera worked damn good...I took a couple of pics...not bad...all in all for me this phone is everything NKT and ANON have been portraying it to be from day one...BIG THANKS!!! to them and everyone else who has aired their opinions and experiences...

Anyways, I ordered my INC thursday morning..waiting for next week like everyone else...good thing im off till next friday...oh and I ordered the black/red gradient case over the phone after leaving the store b/c the CSR was pretty much useless...said both should ship on the 27th. Laters.
 
I know there's been a lot of people on here talking about ordering a charger and other accessories prior to receiving their phone. I have just one last question, has it been confirmed that the USB connector is the same as other HTC models, or any other current phone? I got to check the phone out the other day and I just took a cursory look at the USB port but, it looked a little different than any one that I'd seen.

That question has been answered already, you'll have to go thru the previous 899 pages to find it.:D Actually, I hear it looks a little different, but it is in fact a standard USB to MicroUSB connection.:)

it annoys me how u buy a 16 gig micro sdhc card....and there is only 14.9 available space. I payed for 16 damnit! LOL

On page 202 of the current user guide available under the Support area on Verizon Wireless's home page.

This may have been answered but there was no offer for a card in my order received 04-20.

So after the CSR told you that they couldn't show you it, then the CSR brought it out for you when you were looking at other phones, that CSR was pretty much useless? Wow... :rolleyes:
