Are you serious, what is your deal. This topic is allowed to be off topic, and for as far as I can remember it has always has been a little off topic. Yes it can be annoying but wow it isn't that bad. They have probably already received their phones, so most likely they are playing with their phones.

You are right, people are allowed to be off topic, instead of posting stuff in the appropriate thread. And you are right, it is annoying. But, my guess is that they are annoyed, because it has really gotten out of hand. But that's just my opinion, you all can carry on with the off topic posts instead of making a thread for it.

Yeah I figure let everyone do it now while they can. At least this way there isn't a ton of different topics with the same thing, well there will be soon. This topic is going to be closed within a week, so not too much longer.

Thanks!. I used another code from another member. 50% off. Only had to pay like $10.50 after s/h.

Well, I will ask my friend where at ebay he found his skin cover.

He told me he only paid like $2-$3 dollars.

The one I found for Incredible are $9.99, free shipping. It comes with different colors.

There's gotta be something better. I don't care about the color.

(Not being cheap, just looking for the best value since I know people that have paid less)

I think sharing info about shipping and stuff is more on topic than most of this thread has been recently... They went on and on about Skype for many pages and no one complained this much... This thread was all hype about the release of this phone. This now happens to include everyone being excited over shipping dates.. Any useful info has always been pulled out of this thread and put into the relevant info threads. Anyone looking to this thread for their sole source of actual information would have been disenfranchised weeks ago..

This thread will be closed soon enough. As soon as pre-orders hit hands, Anon is going to close it.. So what else but shipping is there to discuss? Everything else has been covered and summarized appropriately in the root forum...

I had no intention of leaving Verizon, but they don't know that. Being off the contract gives you leverage. If you don't at least try to use it, you are the idiot. Glad you got a laugh.
 
The "off topic" (or what some perceive as off topic) doesn't bother me because I just scroll through page by page until I see a post with a ton of THANKS. They're more often than not the only posts you need to read anyways.

Can you believe it? Some people have been here since early December following every bit of info we could get. I remember Nash leading us through one thread where we were confident the Bravo (Desire & Incredible) was coming to Verizon. I just want to let you know, that even though we had some rough times, I have enjoyed each and every bit of our discussion and conversations. And now, all these months later, we are getting our phone NOT with less RAM, NOT with an under-clocked processor, and NOT with a red back. It's been great guys (and I'm sure it won't end).

Which is why when the second guy admitted the truth, it was over. I thought it was worth a shot to bitch about it and hope they would relent and ship the phone. BFD, it's not like it cost me anything. You've gone further "out of your way" replying to me; was it really that much effort? Nope.
 
I'm trying to switch to Verizon and am using an employee account. The company I work for has over 40k verizon cards and feel that all I'm going to get on the 29th is the shaft.
