I also called to get the $30 discount on the phone. I dailed 611 and they said that since it was an internet discount they couldn't apply it, so I called the Internet team. The girl there said that they could apply it once I activated the phone.

I called again and spoke to an older woman who seemed to have a little difficulty understanding what I was saying, but I wanted to make sure that they made a notation on my account to apply the additional $30. Finally, she said that she saw it and she made an additional notation that she also agreed to do so.

While I was talking to her, she kept saying that she didn't see any authorization for a new discount and the only one that was showing up for them was 10% off the phone.

So apparently, they are authorized to take 10% off. It's worth a shot if you can't get the $30 off.

i only got one e-mail verifying it and gave me that confirmation number to check on the vzw site. it says 2-3 days since yesterday. strange???

My DH called the 8663387390 internet # and actually got the promo SMART30 applied to a second phone#####for my son!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He can be incredibly nice and persistent when he wants something! Verizon did transfer him to another CSR while on the call but he got the deal!

mine went from check back tomorrow straight to your order has shipped so i don't think we can rely on what verizon says your status is. it may have shipped but verizon doesn't let you know about it for hours.

Has anyone received their zagg shield for the droid? I emailed them as I ordered it the day it was available and still havent gotten it nor a response to my inquiry I really wanted it when I get the phone but thats supposed to be tommorow and i'm thinking i wont

WTF, I literally just called them no longer than an hour ago.

I just did this within the last two hours and called *611 and asked to be transfered to the internet sales and a really nice lady picked up and knew what i was talking about because she said the promo code with me as i started to say it, she promptly said no problem and gave me the $30 credit to go back to my CC.....

Dont know about you guys, but Fedex doesnt normally get to me until about 5pm and I for one am not waiting that long. Called the FedEx facility near me and had them look my orders up(phone and gradient case) and asked if they could hold them for me so I can pick them up myself. Said they would, and it'll be there at about 9am for me to pick-up, so that's where I'm going to be at 8:59.

i ordered it on sunday. mine just shipped today so i'll probably get it tomorrow or the next day. i'm using one of the vzw protectors at first then in a week or two will put on the zagg. 12 hrs is a lot to wait at first after i waited like 8 months.

Yes, but it may take a few calls. For me lucky number 7 was the number of calls I had to make. He noted the account and I have to call in after I activate it to get the discount. And my phone left Memphis around 4:30pm. Things finally starting to turn around.

I ordered it last week and just received a USPS tracking number today. My order was marked loading dock for about 3 days prior. If I knew it would take this long I wouldve chose the UPS option since my phone will be here in the morning

mine still says processing on vzw but changed to that last night at like 11 so i think it might change around midnight to shipped. hopefully it comes tomorrow but i'm guessing most likely thrurday.

HTC Incredible made the Columbus news tonight. I could have written a better story though... All they did was mention it had 7 home screens and it couldnt work in the sunlight. AND it followed a story about the lost iPhone 4g...

its been shipped if it says that you shipment should arrive in 2-3 days...you should get a tracking number soon..

i preordered mine the 22 and it just now changed to ... your order is being processed check back tomorrow

So, I called my credit card company and confirmed that I was charged on yesterday (4.26). Then I emailed VZW in regards to not having my shipping info yet. They replied within an hour or so with a tracking number. According to FedEx, it was picked up today in West Chester, PA and scheduled for delivery on the 29th X(

Had the same problem and called a CSR and ordered. FYI not sure if it is true but 3 different CSRs told me that all snapon covers work with the shell/holster combo
