So here's a question I haven't seen asked: I know OLED doesn't reflect sunlight as well as LCD, but much of the time that I am in direct sunlight, I have mysunglasses
on (actually, my daughter just broke them and I need to get a new pair
). That said, does anyone know about the visibility of an OLED screen in sunlight, through sunglasses? What about polarized sunglasses?
For the record, responses will not make a hill of beans worth of difference as to whether or not I buy the device once my NE2 comes up in May, I don't think I could talk myself out of the purchase now if I wanted to. Just curious.![]()
I'd think polarized sunglasses would be your best bet at seeing the screen in sunlight with the reduced glare, but i'm curious as well. good question! that is a good point with people saying how much it sucks in sunlight. well... if it's that sunny outside, you're probably wearing sunglasses!
