Root optimus 4x hd bootloader unlocked

I've been running my phone in semiboot for awhile nothing noticeable. I wish I had a spare motion to test some of this out but I need it for work.

I saw how people are making unlocked bootloaders on a Russian website for the LG L7, can't remember the name of the program though :o and I'm leaving to Europe tomorrow, and I'm going to fix another Optimus m stuck in fastboot today as well (look in forum). I don't plan on posting much when I'm there, so I'll be MIA :o sorry for the sudden absence. Feel free to quote this if anyone asks where I am while I'm gone :) will be back on the 24th of March, unless there is a delay.

This would work, just not with his(her?) Directions. I got up to using the command prompt and promptly hardbricked my final backup motion.

We need this streamlined for the motion if we'd like to see some kind of real use. :(

I have a spare but I'm not sure how to go about this if I should install the driver's for this phone or the one for the motion
 
so i used the automatic "Bootloader Unlock Tool" link (first one).
it bricked my phone to the where the "qhsusb_dload" driver search popped up.

but i was able to get into download mode and restore my phone using
the unbrick guide. thank you sammyz, you are amazing.

question though, is there any command that would let me check if it actually
unlocked anything? cause i've heard that once you hit the "qhusb_dload" driver,
that your screwed.
