I got a hold of a store today just before closing time that said they got very limited supply of phones. When I pressed he said they got a few grey and a few white (I actually think he said a few blue and a few white but that probably is what he thought based on GS3). He continually stressed the limited supply but did say (based on perceived demand) that he thinks people coming in the first few hours would likely get one. He just recommended not waiting until the afternoon if I want one.

I was just thinking, maybe it's us who've been blindsided all along.
Hear me out....Some of us have seen a mention here & there about 32 and 64GB for the Note 2. We've been turning the internet over looking for that slim possibility of larger internal storage.

Maybe all this time the 32/64GB Samsung briefly mentioned relates to the sd card only.

I've seen it written like this..... 16/32/64..... making me think all 3 sizes would be available. I think 32/64 is a play on words or marketing at it's finest and there isn't going to be anything larger than 16GB. I don't think there was ever any intention of seeing them in higher capacity and Sammy pulled a good one on us.

Think about it people....I make sense. :)

Yes, the press release says 16 yet I can honestly tell you I saw Internal Memory 16/32/64 on Samsung's site. Now it shows as Internal Memory 16GB; External Memory: Up to 64GB.

Problem is, it's being offered in Korea for sure. There are reviews with the 64gb version. If the 32 or 64 didn't exist, I would say that there 's validity to it being a marketing gimic using a play on words. That said, it seems pretty clear that it'll only be the 16, which is slightly disappointing, but won't prevent me from buying. Wish that wasn't the case, but it is what it is.

Ditto. They exist, just not here.

My guess is Apple paid off the judge again and banned the higher memory versions.

Yes I know it exist in Korea but I was referring to over here in the U.S.
 
Well its past midnight here in NYC, kayne has probably finished singing at the event and Sprint has yet to update their page showing the Galaxy Note 2. So I am not going to stay up for another hour for midnight to reach Kansas city, so I'm off to bed.

On my screen if you go to the home page of sprint and see the 5 tiny icons to the right, the middle one for me just does not load correctly and takes me to an error page. Everything else is working fine.

Yup, same here. But I can zoom in on those phones and it looks like GS3 and an HTC phone. The corresponding scroll ad is a squished image of what looks like the Note 2 but the color is off and there is no S-pen so dunno.

I'm going to bed. Just refreshed (Sprint) and the Epic 4G Touch which had been so prominently displayed is replaced with iP5.Dang...did Sprint forget they're selling the Note 2 today?
