Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

If you want respect on a bike - then make sure all the riding clubs in the area obey the rules of the road. We get packs of 50, they hog the road so badly a motorcycle can't get around them. These idiots give all those who ride a bad name.

The stern up head down idiots go blasting through red lights, stop signs mean nothing. Some towns are finally ticketing these people.

Just because a walkway is also a bike path, you don't need to come riding through at full tilt and expect pedestrians to get out of your way. I've seen idiots do this on a walkway to a mother with a stroller, a toddler and a couple of dogs on a leash on their way to the play area of the park.

We also have some deaf kids in the area, and one blind person. It's a greenbelt, and not a street.

Some drivers are so damn distracted they don't even see (or hear) a motorcycle. Some drivers assume we are all incipient gang members.

I've had drivers not see my Spitfire when I had it. Now they even miss the Tacoma!
 
I don't like doing road trips just because the mechanics there are "to busy" to troubleshoot a chafed wire...

Especially when I have plenty of my own work top do.

To top it off, my laptop is broken, and I am unsure whether it is worth fixing anymore or if I should just bite the bullet and buy a replacement.

... like I have money for a new laptop.

I hate when I'm on a forum and someone asks for help, and I give a simple suggestion and they reply with "that's common sense if I didn't know that I wouldn't be here" UGH jeez just trying to freaking help, freaking ungrateful for trying to help... I'm really trying hard not to break any rules on here, but its really freaking rude for someone to say something like that.

I had that happen to me a few times as well!

I give MY free time when some one comes to me for help and then I never hear from them again (moore than likely because it worked) and they just fracking bugger off!

They don't even say thanks or anything!

A "tried that, didn't work" would've MORE than sufficed for me trying to help someone out, a thanks at the end would've been absolutely motherfreaking great, instead I get pushed away because its "common sense"??

My uncle does meth. He's in jail now for multiple charges. He robbed a house and tired to kill the guy inside of that house. And he did other shit too but I don't have all the details

I invite someone to stay in my home, I pay for every little expense, I even give them extra money to do whatever they want and give them some of my clothes after they get kicked out of their home, and they come in smoking weed!? Wtf is that!? I kicked him out immediately and told him never to come close to my home again. If you're gonna do that shit, don't do it near me, first of all, and secondly don't do it with my hard earned money that I gave you to pick yourself up!
