I've seen decent ones for like $80 on craigslist. Core 2 duo, windows 8, SSD.

Alright cool. He's waiting for me to PM him links. :] He built CM10.1 Angry Bean for the Evo V and everything works for that except the 3D portion of the camera but that was just because HTC never released the 3D source so I think he should be able to help out quite a bit.
 
If anyone wants to deal with crappy download speeds I could always upload it to Send space from my phone and then post the link :)
 
Is the governor defaulting to performance? I think that might be bad for the processor especially with these high overclock speeds.
 
Being a total noob. I cant use the "GetLogs"..But I'm having issues with my apps being "Denied" root access & superuser keeps stopping,....I also keep getting error flashes that mt process is stopping, any suggestions & thanks in advanced

I should've mentioned that I flashed the "Updated" version & reflashed the gapps!!...Thx.

Ken, without a PC it could be tricky. Backup your sd, then repartition it. The elite takes away the partition table and formats the basic drive..

I think Clockwork allows you to repartition, but it probably adds a swap and sd-ext. I don't know if you can just have 1 fat32 partition.
