Root [ROM][4.0.4][BETA] CM9 for Virgin Mobile and Sprint 10/3/2013

Anyone having any of those texts from unknown filled with crap? I've gotten 12 today and I flashed that mms fix that was given early on 3 times and still getting those texts. Any ideas?* EDIT* OK I think I figured out what they are. I switched back to sliepnir and since then I've been getting weather alert texts since I'm in the path of that hurricane. So for some reason on CM9 they aren't coming as alert texts. They are coming as unknown filled with crap.
 
Updating v installing from stock?

If you're updating from the previous version, wipe cache, dalvik, and system, and reflash gapps.
 
Its been nothing but smooth for me, except when I flashed the Google Now... I had a series of reboots, probably 10+ in a row at work. I think I pulled the battery and its been pretty good overall. Its not great with applicatinos that require a lot of RAM. FC or asks if you want to wait.

I get those too occasionally and I can't figure out how to block them. With GB you can block them with handcent.
 
as said in the first post it really is not 100% stable but i do like it.. MMS works and audio sound great!!!!!! the audo quality compared to older android is unreal. this is my first time on CM9 but it is very fat. im usign the ilauncher so its runs really fast..!!.. but i think i am goign to go back to the spielgher.. i cant spell it, rom it was more reliable, anyway keep up the good work would love to see camra working, aswell as random restarts, i did flash google apps, i may try again with falshing and see if that was it. thanks

Hashoil huh. That makes perfect sense......
 
Repeat bug alert, the previous kernel glitch where it excludes the ~4,5,&6 hundred MHz settings has reappeared...

Same as before, if you're having repeated hard resets, try setting your CPU speed to the ~700 MHz minimum. Less battery life, but its a temporary fix.

Yeah, I forgot to fix that again when my HDD went. It'll be fixed in next release.

Yet he complains much less than you and is more detailed in the issues. Most pot heads i meet are 10x smarter than their cynical counter part. Just bad short term And spelling. Ty hashoil for feedback. Some of us debug some help debuggers and some just effin bug
 
thanks for the update, hopefully the reboot is fixed. Hate to see it's that hard to get the camera working. Are you able to finding any help?
