Root [Rom][5-26-12]Broken Out Spectrum 3.0 w/ Blitzkrieg Kernel

I have been running BO 3 since it first came out.
My wife just started trying Eclips last week.

Now I must confess that neither one of these have been activated as a phone since I don't care for more than the one data plan that I have.

The deal of two for one only needed one line eligible for upgrade, $149.99 later and we each have a nice WiFi toy.

So, of the problems that I have seen posted here I have only had maybe one random re boot.
And that may have been due to a conflicting app that was causing issue with CPU speed.

I don't use sms or mms or the such and the Airplane mode is on 100% of the time.

The stock battery lasts about 18 hrs of WiFi streaming video and music and games.:smokingsomb:
 
Flashed Broken Out 3, again, last night. I've used zero backups, been manually reconfiguring everything and have had seven restarts over the last ten hours.
Going to flash over without wiping and see how the day goes.

4 reboots while Google updated some apps I had added to the data/app folder

1 reboot while Rom toolbox was building it's app database

1 reboot about 20 seconds after first boot

And 1 reboot while the screen was off when I finally went to sleep. The boot animation woke me...

If a reflash doesn't help, I'll try a clean install without added apps tonight and see if it can go for four or five hours without restarting.
 
My Phone only reboots now when it gets overheated. And when I am taking pictures, it overheats quickly. Still, if I am just taking two or three pics it is fine, but if I am doing what I did this weekend, well, let's just say it was getting really hot and rebooting like a mother effer.

BrokenOut 3 has been very good here, and the overheating/reboot issue is one I have had with more than one Android Phone.
 
I recently rooted my phone and have been looking into this but again this thread makes me hesitant to do this. Is Broken Out still working well for most people?
 
I've only gotten reboots while running Antutu on broken out, nothing else. At least since 3.0. And my wife's spectrum is running 3.0 with zero reboot issues, but she pretty much only uses it for calls & the Facebook, and sometimes music.

hmmm. what launcher are you using. I don't get lag unless I'm on certain launchers. I also have many things running on my phone. I have 3 email accounts that sycn, facebook, cpu monitor that keeps real time updates in the status bar, usually have tunein or pandora running, and I use 6 widgets. Not to mention I play a couple games here and there and they run with perfect smoothness.

Currently I'm using holo launcher which isn't the smoothest in the world. But if you want to get rid of your lag then try ADW ex, launcher pro, FTL, SPB, or TSF. I'm not sure about that stock xperia launcher. I never used it.
 
I have the same reboot issues,i know which app is.causing the issue but i cant uninstall it theres a link further down the main page (car home app). I was reading a post about how if it was an app it would do a short restart and thats what it has been doing.but lately i have noticed its been rebooting for no reason it starts looking for service,changes to 3g to 4g then says no service then starts its reboot cycle no clue as.to why other then that it runs fine
